In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To open and maintain an Account on ada168, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ada168 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Indonesian consumer-protection standards. Underage gambling is prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming activity in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any person employed by ada168 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the Platform, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or by administrative decision of ada168.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By completing the registration process on ada168, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts, regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used, are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details. You are obligated to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.
3. KYC Verification: ada168 reserves the right to request identity documentation (such as a National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or utility bill) at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restrictions or closure.
4. Login Credentials: You are entirely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ada168 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
5. Account Suspension: ada168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on ada168 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits are accepted via Indonesian bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon.
• Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method, starting from Rp 50.000 for most channels.
• Deposits must originate from a bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ada168 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the payment processor, typically within 5 to 30 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB).

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Requests submitted after this cutoff or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
• ada168 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where account activity triggers a compliance review.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, digital wallets not registered in your name, or payment methods not previously used for deposit.

ada168 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) that must be met before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per Account at any given time.
4. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity window will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
5. Abuse Prevention: ada168 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using prohibited betting patterns to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or colluding with other Users.
6. Regional Promotions: Seasonal promotions may be offered in connection with culturally significant periods such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or Indonesian Independence Day. These promotions carry their own specific terms communicated at the time of launch.

All games available on the ada168 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and virtual sports — are governed by the following principles:

• All outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by ada168's trading team and are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the stated odds are locked.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game or mid-bet, ada168 will refer to its system logs to determine the fair resolution. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• ada168 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of exploitation of a software error, undeclared advantage, or collusion between players.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) football bets, all selections must win for the parlay to pay out. If one or more legs are voided, the parlay odds are recalculated excluding the voided leg(s).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ada168 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through external software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence not provided or approved by ada168.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting the issue to customer support.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward ada168 staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

All content available on the ada168 Platform, including but not limited to the ada168 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of ada168 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ada168.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the ada168 brand name, trademarks, or logos in any external publication, advertisement, or social-media content without express written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of ada168's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by ada168 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key data practices include:

• Collection of identity data for KYC compliance and fraud prevention.
• Processing of transaction data to facilitate deposits, withdrawals, and bonus tracking.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ada168, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's availability, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures.
• Any inaccuracy in game results caused by data transmission errors beyond ada168's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, ada168's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the following conditions:

12.1 Termination by You: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer-support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.

12.2 Termination by ada168: ada168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including in circumstances where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• ada168 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or law-enforcement instruction.
• ada168 reasonably suspects fraudulent or criminal activity associated with your Account.
• You have not accessed your Account for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account).

12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licence rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Any undisputed Account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to ada168.

ada168 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Account holders via the email address on file and post a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 12.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter your rights, or updates required by applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ada168 holds its primary operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and ada168, the following procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact ada168's customer-support team and provide full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB) and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved through informal means, you may escalate it in writing to our compliance department at the email address provided in Clause 15. A formal response will be issued within 14 business days.
3. Arbitration: If the matter remains unresolved following the formal-complaint process, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed arbitral body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
